Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain full ownership of all screenshots and recordings you create. Content stored locally on your device never leaves your computer. Cloud-uploaded content is stored securely and only accessible to you (and anyone you share links with). By uploading to RecordNest cloud, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and share any content you record or screenshot.
All rights, title, and interest in the RecordNest platform, Chrome extension, software, design, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Nexilant. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without express written permission.
RecordNest integrates with third-party services including Paddle (payments) and AI providers. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using RecordNest, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
RecordNest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI features (OCR, Auto-Redact) may occasionally produce imperfect results — always verify AI output before sharing sensitive content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexilant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexilant and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your captured content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration where both parties agree in writing.
