All paid plans (Basic and Professional) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial at any time from your dashboard and you will not be billed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of the payment date and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Refund requests received more than 14 days after the payment date fall outside our standard refund window. However, if you experienced a verified technical issue that prevented use of the service, please contact us and we will review your situation individually.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing & Plans → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you revert to the free Starter plan — all your locally-saved captures remain on your device.
Downgrading your plan (e.g., Professional to Basic) takes effect at the next billing cycle. You keep all current-plan features until then. Unused time is not refunded for downgrades.
If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the service and our team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion, even outside the standard 7-day window. Contact us and explain the issue.
